The Strategic Leadership Intensive Program

Elevate Your Practice: A Strategic Workshop for Accounting Professionals
As a FIPA, you’ve built deep expertise and decades of experience — but even the most seasoned professionals encounter complex issues in practice or business. This program is designed exclusively for our most experienced members, tackling the kinds of strategic problems that arise in the real world of client work and practice management.
This program is designed to provide you with the tools to lift your strategic thinking capacity. Participants will collaborate in small teams to tackle a strategic challenge, using scenario planning to map out alternative futures, generate innovative solutions, and present their insights. With a focus on high-contact hours and personalised support, this intensive workshop experience is designed to stretch your thinking and equip you with practical strategies to drive success in your practice.
