About this course
In this microcredential, you’ll learn how businesses and other organisations operate. You’ll explore the roles and structures of different types of organisations — including for-profit businesses, government bodies, and not-for-profits with social or community goals.
You’ll study how departments work together to achieve business objectives, how structure influences performance, and how to improve organisational design for better outcomes.
You’ll also examine how government policy impacts business, including macroeconomic factors like inflation, interest rates, and unemployment, as well as key regulations such as anti-money laundering laws and controls on international transactions.
