Through this microcredential you will learn concepts of current information and communications technology that are broadly relevant to day-to-day life and work. Specifically, you will: develop an understanding of current and emerging software and their impacts on society; create word processing and presentation templates; have a general understanding of file storage and sharing; describe commonly used networked communications; and develop skills to solve day-to-day problems that arise in information and communications technology.
